I have not yet received any information regarding the Xbox cyber Monday promotion. Who can I speak with to make this right.

We're sorry about the issues you're having with your Xbox Series S redemption. There's a known issue with the redemption of those Amazon gift cards that's being worked on. There's a planned fix coming on 12/13/23 and after that you'll be able to redeem.
