My son is a Marine and is being deployed to Australia for 6 months. After going round and round with the phone prompts it is very clear I will never speak to an actual human being to talk about our options. I can find online how to suspend his service but I want to continue it while he is away - but cannot find what this will cost. One would assume a military discount but who knows? Any ideas on how to speak to a real live person or is my best bet to go to another provider that actually services their members?? Beyone irritated at this point as I am on day 2 of trying..
