Why is that I can rarely ever use 4G?? Despite checking your coverage maps and already going through a whole ordeal with your reps. I went out and bought a router to use at my house which is about 75% of my useage because I can never get a signal from VZW. Yet you charge me an arm and a leg for data that I dont use. Right now at work for the last hour Ive been toggling between 1x and nothing. This happens every single day. 14580 is in 4G service network is it not???
