4G outage in MI

I am still on 1X. Does anyone know when it will be back up??

Hi ljw2be,

 

 

Hopefully you are not still experiencing issues with your service.  Currently I do not show any 4G outages.  Is you back cover placed properly on the phone? The back door needs to be secure to connect to 4G.  If you are still having trouble please PM you wireless number to complete further troubleshooting.
