My 4G went down a little after midnight and cannot find out why or even report it, because a billion dollar company doesn't answer phones after 9pm apparently. The 800 number says it cannot help as well as the online assistant. Heck, I can't even find a place to report it. The phone is fully charged and has been rebooted several times.
It is important that you are able to stay connected, MrJoshua1975. Is this happening everywhere you go, or only in a specific location?
