Live in Sugar Land 77479 and am missing calls frequently.
Dropped calls if calls actually go through. Signal strength is 118db - 110db 0.4 RSSNR db, -15RSRQ DB
I've check multiple phones on different OSs and the only consistency is Verizon's network.
There is a massive amount of congestion in Sugar Land but this is a serious problem.
This problem has been going on now for about 2 months.
I know the importance of having a reliable connection and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused over the last 2 months. May I ask what congestion do you know about in the area? Is this primarily happening inside? YaleK_VZW
