Does anyone else have the worst customers service with Verizon?
i have never in my other 2 services with tmobile or at&t experienced customer service this bad,
i called to see what was wrong with my internet service and after they reset it on there end i turned off and on my phone and turned on to no service at all, so they ended up trying to activate a esim instead and just stayed processing, lady hung up and never called back, same with verizon live chat people just left the chat and connected me with others its been 8 hours trying to fix one issue, no Professionals work at Verizon at all, The network verizon works a little better but only when it works and real professionals help but it looks like they lost all the professionals

Had two phone lines on my account that I wanted merged into my available sim slot on my iPhone 14. Late yesterday I contacted CS for support and transfer was made however during activation now no network and only "SOS" can see the two lines but no service as was told that it was escalated..however I'm now without any phone to use...
