April 2023: Abysimal cellular and home wireless service in Dallas. What can be done other than to drop Verizon?

• Live in metropolitan Dallas; travel weekly, domestically. 
• Home internet service is absolutlely terrible; frequent resets at home, low to no signal strength; dropped video calls and 'unstable internet connection' messages
• Cell service is equally if not worse both in Dallas, DC and other places I travel. Dropped calls and voice service cutting in-and-out
• These problems are consistent each and every day, day and night, business weekdays or weekends.
• Will ATT be better if I switch?
