Bad Coverage

Anyone had any luck in having Verizon actually send someone out to their location to diagnose network issues? Despite coverage maps showing 5G coverage at my location in zip code 98033, I have no signal outside my home and in the area around my residence. Needless to say, I have no coverage in my home either so a network extender was required (which is dependent on WiFi so basically I'm being charged by Verizon for a service they can only deliver by piggy backing on my internet service provided by Xfinity), but my issue is that if I leave my home, I lose all connectivity until I'm at least a half mile from my home in my car or several minutes walking. We are in an urban setting, next to an interstate highway, hardly off the grid here. The main issue is that if my power or internet go out, I have no connectivity. If I have an emergency, a fire, a crime in progress...I can't even call 911. Again, this is happening outside my home, so a network extender can only do so much.
I have already filed a compliant with our state's Attorney General's office as Verizon is falsely advertising coverage, not providing a service that they charge for and refuses to even dispatch a tech to assess the network coverage gaps at this location. Even when 5G is accessed near our home, the network speed is woefully slow and unreliable. And to be clear, friends with TMobile have 5G coverage when inside our home...Verizon has zero service and frequently displays SOS when standing outside in our neighborhood. In areas near our home which advertise 5GUW service we routinely only get LTE service...not even regular 5G.

Would love to, but when I try to PM you I get an error which says "you've sent too many messages". Not surprising as everything about Verizon is TRASH
