Credits for promos can take 2-3 cycles before showing up. Which promo was this? What were the details?

It still should not be 113 because my bill is only 30$

You'll need to break down the initial purchase and what plan you have. Which phone and promotion did you receive? Was there a gift card and credit or just a credit? Give us a line by line item breakdown. I just don't see a $30 plan anywhere for Verizon.

So if you are on the More Everything plan then your access line charge is $40-$15 since you are on Edge and get a discount, then your data is $30. So your monthly bill should be pre-tax and add-ons...$55.
The trade in credit will apply to the account once the old phone is returned, received, and evaluated. That can take 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your account. You also had to pay tax on the Turbo at purchase time. So $55 + tax + ~$60 phone tax is about about right.

I don't know how to explain the math to you.
You have a line access charge and a data charge.
You have taxes.
You paid taxes on the full cost of the Turbo, you billed to the account.
Your monthly bill is $25 line and $30 data, plus tax.
This page will help explain the plan you signed up for, but didn't pay attention to:

That's why the bill is higher....you had MORE taxes on the phone and equipment. It's in the billing details you just posted.

You are seeing one time charges.
the first bill includes, activation fees, tax on the device (sales tax on full retail value per your state law) a prorated first month and a full month ahead.
first bill is always double.
