Billing dispute.

I am beyond upset with verizon. A while back I added an iPhone 13 pro max to my account. According to Verizon, device was never activated, which is incorrect it is on account. Couple months later I get dinged with the full price of device, plus my monthly bills. To top it off it says i placed an orde rfor 780 something which i didnt. Now, verizon hasn't credit any of the past disconnect fees due to this issue ( like 300 since i have 5 lines (20 dlls each) , my bills is 2000 dlls can't afford it all at once. They did not reconnect my wireless service. Which is just insane. ANY suggestions of what I can do, I'm tryna pay my bill but cant pay 2000. I'm beyond done with Verizon.
