Can't unlink old Fios account from Wireless account

I can't unlink my old fios account from my wireless account. All the reps I've spoken with cannot either. Also I am not receiving text messages from Verizon anymore.

What type of messages are you expecting from Verizon? Are you wanting messages from Verizon Wireless or Verizon Fios?
