Cannot Receive Verification Text Messages

Verification codes do not go through Verizon messages online.   I have sent at least 10 different verification codes and not one shows up online.  Now it will show up on the cell phone BUT not everyone has access to their physical phones all day long, hence needing to use messages online.   Its aggravating when costumers cannot verify their identity without their physical phone.

It's a security feature.  Verification codes are sent to the primary device on the account for your security.  There may be options to use email or phone calls for verification.
