I signed up with Verizon FIOS this year. The promotion said that I would be able to redeem a Google Nest Audio as well as a $200 Verizon Gift Card. However, now that I am finally able to redeem it, the button that says "Get Started" for redeeming the gift card just keeps refreshing the account overview page. Furthermore, when I try to redeem the Google Nest Audio, it takes me to a place where I must accept the terms of service. I check the box to accept and then click "Redeem" but it just keeps refreshing that page as well. Neither redemptions are working. I've tried this with other web browsers as well and the result is the same...
