Cash only status

I’m wondering if anyone who’s experienced this has found a way around it but I had a couple of rejected payments due to job movements or call offs and always set an arrangement to pay them. 
All of a sudden after almost two years I was put on a cash only status on my account.  I don’t live close to any Verizon store nor do I have the means to get there and also get to an atm. 
Thought it was also wonderful of them to let their employee tell me I should switch carriers if I don’t wanna pay. 
Anyone find a way around the cash only?
