Can you request that a cell tower be added in your area or check to see if one is planned? To be clear, I DO NOT OWN real estate where it can be placed. Seems like that is the default response and never answers other similar questions.
Is there a way we can inquire? Everyone in our area seems to get 1 bar service.
Is there a process for asking for at least a review of your area?!
