Consequently, no cell phone or text service for over 24 hours in Vista/Oceanside Hwy 78 / College area. No info on Verizon web site and chat is endless loop of automated queries. Granted a rare occurance, yet cell service is a lifeline for many. A robust response / notification effort is required.
