Getting ready to switch. I've gone through multiple screens, entered y checking account number. The final screen says here's what your bill should look like.
1. No $10 discount per line for checking account withdrawal
2. Final due shows are higher than the total monthly. There must be a charge to switch but it is not detailed.
I'm concerned to switch because V says I can' go back to my old plan and the V folks on the phone have no clue what I am talking about??

Never change your plan mid cycle, future date it to avoid higher than expected bill.
Autopay discounts need both autodraft with a bank and paperless billing.

Your bill will never show the discount, it will simply show the lower line cost.

There is never a fee or charge to change plans.

The cost of the plan is accurate online. If you were not signed up for auto pay and paperless with your current plan, it may take a month before the auto pay kicks in, and at that time the $10 discount will kick in on each line.
Bills for the unlimited plan or extremely simplified, quite a breath of fresh air
