Still no resolution to this problem. I
its worse now with 100% guarantee that 1st or second call is useless and must hang up. I did not get a private mail as suggested.

yeah. I have been visiting CANADA for years and it happens every time. I travel internationally all over the world and this is the only country. It seems they don’t have any resolution. I was messaged by somebody from Verizon directly and there doesn’t seem to be any solution to this problem

Hi, what details beyond all the details I provided around specific calls I made to specific numbers, same as the people around me and on what networks I was using at the time? I provided the version of my iOS, and the Android phones that were use. What else can I give you? This is happening to the hundreds of people that complain about it online. thanks

The crackling on Canadian calls is still unresolved. At this point its so bad that I may be forced to use another carrier and I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. I will give it another few weeks then Im gone!

Yes I have been testing ATT while in Canada this trip and it has no issues calling the same numbers. Verizon said they would get in touch for the 9th time now and have not. I’m going to switch next month if I don’t get this resolved in 1 week.

Private messages unfortunately will not solve the problem. This is not a basic tech support issue. It's listed on blogs all over the internet. it's a major issue that Verizon is not addressing it. I have talked to tier 3 support plenty of times, they have no answer and no plan to solve.

I’ve been having the same problem for months. Only calls to Canada from the US on Verizon. If I’m in another country (last week I was in Mexico) calls to Canada were going through clearly.
Has there been a resolution ?

This is ridiculous that this problem can't be solved. No one here has posted a solution. It is clearly an issue. I have the exact same issue. Verizon needs to seriously look into this as opposed to trying to troubleshoot with individuals.

Yes. I was promised 6 times now by tier 3 support to get a follow up and what I discovered is that they just closed the ticket each time. I’ll be this is a major problem and they just don’t want to fix it.

We know how important it is to have your phone working correctly, and we are here to help. Is this happening with all calls or just international calls? Is this happening with a specific number or all international numbers?

This happens when calling Canadian phone numbers from Canada or From the United States and happens on all numbers.
