The worst service I've ever had. At&T customer support works 24/7. Verizon only works hourly. Then it’s automated system runs you in circles for 45min. Finally you get connected for them to send you to their insurance provider which runs in a circle as well. I have at least spent 3hr annoyed.
Why did you call Verizon if you had to talk to Asurion? Verizon's hours isn't the fault here.
