In the area of 15th and Vine I lose all cell service. Zero bars and my phone shows SOS. Calls will drop immediately. This has been going on for months.

Thank you for the zip code. The area itself shows a very strong connection throughout the area, but there's always going to be a small area that doesn't work so well with a wireless signal. This can be caused by any number of factors outside our control, especially if the same issue has been ongoing for months in the same location. How far from this corner do you need to go before your service improves? Is it an immediate change, or gradual?
