For some reason I cannot figure out how to delete the voicemail box for one of my phones. Is this possible? I don't even want the option anymore for someone to leave a voicemail. I tried to do it through the phone but I couldn't find an option, neither did I see anything on the website. Can anyone help?!?!

If you would like to remove the basic voicemail feature from your phone, you must call in to customer service at 1-800-922-0204 in order for them to able to put a "decline voicemail" feature on your phone which will disable the calls coming in to your cell from going to your voicemail inbox.
