Does Verizon Want To Keep A Loyal Customer?

I'm STONGLY considering the switch to T-Mobile mainly bc between myself and my 2 kids on my account, our bill is now near $300/month with unlimited. Just cannot afford this anymore even though my kids pay me a share of the cost. It's ridiculous, so the switch to T-Mobile is nearing. No luck in negotiating with Verizon so I guess they don't care in retention after all

Verizon doesn't have an Unlimited plan that would be that high with only 3 lines on it. If you have phones you financed then those would be on your bill too, but they are not part of your plan costs.
I have 3 lines on Beyond Unlimited and my plan is only $180, if i went with Go Unlimited it would be $150. Taxes and stuff are around $15. Of course the phones I financed increase my bill substantially, but those are the ones I chose to buy.

I have 4 lines on BeyondUnlimited and pay $220/month.
If you have 3 lines with monthly bill of $300, you have other charges on your plan such as monthly phone payments. You want a lower bill, choose less expensive phones or pay up front for your phones. THEN your monthly cellular bill will be smaller.
Complaints like yours are equivalent to someone financing a $50,000 car and complaining they have high car payments.

No Verizon will not negotiate. However you d not even explain what plan your on. maybe there is cheaper plan but without info who knows. T-Mobile will never negotiate with you either by the way. Is you PHONE bill really that high or it is everyone wants a $1000 phone and half you bill is device payments?
We have 3 lines on the Go Unlimited plan and we pay $210 including taxes/fess and we have device payments too( although small compared to most ). So not sure how you are paying $300 for 3 lines

If you go to Best Buy, should they sell you a 1k TV for 200 because you shopped with them for years? Of course not, that's not how it works.
I had T-Mobile before and that service was atrocious. With a cheap bill came subpar service. Carriers don't make money off the phones so it's all the same retail price. This leaves you with the service itself. You can have emergency calls only if that's worth saving pennies.

Hi, I think Verizon tries their best to work with their customers. I have been with them for two years this go round and each time I have had an issue they have worked diligently with me to solve the issue.
