I just recently attempted to speak to a representative, but they weren’t very clear with their answer on if our plan has 5G Ultra Wideband Access. It says that we are on “the New Verizon Plan Unlimited” but I am unsure if that includes 5G Ultra Wideband. It does explicitly say that it includes 5G Nationwide and 4G LTE access but does not mention 5G Wideband anywhere.
