Dropped audio and calls

I always had excellent coverage in my area and 6 months or so ago, issues with dropped calls and missing audio began.  Stoltz Rd between McConkey Rd and Berryman Ave in South Park, PA.  It would be wonderful if sites in the area could be checked out.  This is a common problem in the area now.

WE know how it feels not to have the signal you need, melanieh250. Were there any changes in the area when the service started to change?

No, the same trees, same houses, etc.   No new construction or major weather events.

It is all of the time. I suspect damage to an antenna or transmitter issue.

We appreciate the added details, melanieh250. Do all your calls, texts, and data work normally when you leave this area? Are other Verizon users having the same issues with calls in that location, that you know of?

Yes.  Everything works well otherwise.  Many people in the area have been complaining about the coverage.  I know at least one has called to complain.
