Dropping calls/poor coverage

My calls are constantly dropping or poor connection. I have to ask the person on the other line if they can hear me. I switched to Verizon 7 yrs ago because they had excellent coverage, great customer service. But I’m really getting tired of poor connection and coverage. I don’t want to go back to T-Mobile but I just might have to.
