Error Messages / unable to access internet

Having 2 primary issues. I am unable to get on the Internet with laptop or desktop and I'm getting an error message that says I have conflicts with another ip address on the network.
The 4g works well with our smart tv though!
Any help with the connection problem? Running a diagnostic shows problem MAY be the firewall settings.......

Airportbum, this is not a known issue with this device. If you are still experiencing these issues, please send me a private message with your account number and current location. I will check if there are any outages in that area preventing you from having a data connection.
