I consistantly get very, very slow data or basically no data. This is in the 48226 zip code, but it happens almost everywhere. Occasionally I get data for a couple minutes. I have done a full phone reset, different phone, etc. and nothing changes, same result.

I know how important it is to have the best data connection possible when you need it most. Let's work together to discover what is going on. Have you run any speed tests to see your actual speeds? What plan are you on? Is this happening when you are inside or outside?

verizon speeds will generally be 5-12mbps but if you're not in a big metropolitan area, with many towers, speeds will be lower.
