Whenever I am in the zip code 90010 I have 3-4 5G bars but NO data actually streams to my device. It is a complete dead spot. Has anyone else experienced an issue where they are in a certain area with full bars, but get zero data streaming to their device?
@vzw_customer_support Please look into this issue. I have tried re-starting, playing with different settings, and no luck, so please no common sense recommendations at this point. 🙂 I am posting on this forum for a reason. Thank you.

When my phone switches from 4GLTE to 5GUW, internet completely stops working.
Happens in multiple places so it cannot simply be the location. I actually just completed a walk where part of the walk i have 4GLTE connection and part of it the 5GUW shows up. Immediately, when 5GUW shows up, internet stops. When it drops back to 4GLTE, internet works again.
