Having 2.4GHZ capability on 5G device

I recently switched to Verizon's 5G device but have a security camera (Eufy) that only works on 2.4G service. Can the 5G support 2.4G?

I'd recommend you to duplicate your topic on Verizon Fios Residential Community forums.verizon.com as the majority of 5G Home support will be provided over there going forward.
