Thank you for that info and for your time and patience. Let's dig deeper into this matter to get your Home Phone Connect device working correctly. Has there been any damage to your device? Has it been recently moved from it usual location indoors?

No, same location as it has been for 5 years. It rings once, pauses, rings again, goes to voicemail. If you call from another you hear it ring from that phone.

The interruption in the ring can be the device trying to connect to the carrier. *Rhonda

AT&T DLP72412, this is a new phone, three months old, the Verizon device is the new one that took the place of the 3g model. It would ring fine before change.

We want this resolved ASAP. When did this issue first start (right after activating the new device, etc.)? Does this happen with all calls or just some?

Right after, couple of days, after new device. It happens on all calls. Rings once then pauses, like person hung up.
