Ever since Verizon started rolling 5G out in my area (Fort Myers, FL) last year, my service has gone from amazing to absolute trash. Most of the time I don't even have enough bandwidth to play music from Apple Music and I am paying $132 per month for the Premium Data Network and 5G UW and all that. I have experienced this on my iPhone 12 Mini and now iPhone 13 Pro Max. Both experiences have been terrible and all customer service did on my last call was send me one of the home devices to connect to my modem/router which has done absolutely nothing to improve service. I need service to go back to the way it was around town or I will certainly be shopping for cheaper options.
