How do I send you a private message?

I need to know how to send the Verizon Wireless Customer support/service department a private message to begin resolving a problem. Please advise.

To Private message someone, click their username, and open view profile.

At the profile click on the message button to send a private message.  

 if they respond via private message you will see this:

to view a private message sent to you, clicking on the envelop will take you to your inbox. To view the entire message, click on the subject line.
