12 rings are too many. I want 5.  How do I achieve this?

It's set by the system at roughly 30 seconds and can't be changed.

I think pretty much everything can be adjusted with todays technilogy. Does anyone know how to reduce the number of rings or time before voicemail picks up? Its important!

SGBrown,

I can certainly understand the need to modify the length of time for a caller to get to your voicemail inbox, and I'd be reaching out too if I were in your shoes. At this point in time, this functionality is a standard time-frame that can't be modified. Tikibar1 hit the nail on the head, being that the length of time a device rings, before forwarding to voicemail or the caller unavailable message, is approximately 30 seconds.

Do you have any questions on our findings?
