I live in Philadelphia zip code 19122/19123 and just switched to Verizon wireless a month ago. Our mobile internet connection is poor. Please help!

I joined Verizon as an employee and switched from AT&T to Verizon wireless a month ago to avail employee discount. However, Verizon wireless mobile internet connection has been really poor near 19122 and 19123. Please help as we are facing issues getting around.
