I'm the account owner, and can't log in

I'm trying to upgrade to a new phone, but the account owner needs to access the cart, and I'm the owner and the only user of the one-phone account, but I can't log in! The username and password I have on file doesn't work. 😕

I have the same issue. I am getting frustrated of calling 611 just to access my account. I am the account owner and the email and password that i have will only give access as account member. There's only one number under my name and my account.

Well I'm another one that only has access as a member instead of the owner. I have 2 lines but my digger does not have access. I can't sign in as account owner in order to do anything.
