I started my contract feb11. Why does jan 10 show up as my first month start date?

My first bill shows as $131 I am on the $80 plan. I started my contract on feb11 yet vzw says I owe$131 for 01/11  through 02/11.

The day I started my contract was 02/11

I am really angry off about this.

I would be happy to help with any questions you have for us. We bill a month in advance, that is why your first bill shows charges starting in January.
