I Activated the international plan on 11/18/2020 around 11 PM CST and started using international calls to India and I got a Bill of 861$ with 238$ Federal Tax.
Next to reviewing my plans, it didn't add and customer care says that it added on 11/28/2020 of billing cycle start but I selected to apply immediate effective date and ignored to refund charges.
They say I received an email to confirm charges and which I don't on 11/18/2020.
