Increase in Data Usage Starting on This Billing Cycle

Hello,

My phone has some kind of data usage every 6 hours.  Prior to this bill, it was .00001 GB every 6 hrs.

Beginning on the first day of this new cycle, it is now .01 - .07 every 6 hrs.  I have no idea what changed starting on the first day of this billing cycle and can't figure out how to investigate.  Verizon has sent me the 90% used notice, so I don't even want to turn on my phone until I have an idea of what to look for.

Any info/ideas would be appreciated!!

Well, I had my phone off for several hours yesterday,  I adjusted usage settings....and my phone used another 3% of data.  24 hrs ago, I had 10% left of data usage, now, after not using any data (I never play music, games or music anyway at any time), sent one 10-word text, had/made 0 phone calls and had my phone turned off for approx 6 hours....and now I have 7% data usage remaining.

I do not understand.
