Is Verizon sending out refund checks for our troubles with data service outages?

I totally agree!!  This month there have been at least 3 major outages!!

I'm sure they will tell us how much they appreciate our business and how great we are in a newsletter. I think that's worth more than money...

@Golfer... right exactly what I was thinking.. they don't realize that their biggest fans are turning into their biggest enemies due to them taking our money and giving us {word filter avoidance} service
