I have a Verizon jet pack and I have a mobile food trailer and I want to know how can I set up my jet pack to give Internet for my security cameras?

The Jetpacks work like any other router. Once the Jetpack is turned on, it will broadcast a Wi-Fi network. Connect your cameras right up to that.
Are your cameras recording to cloud services, or do you have a DVR built into the trailer and just want remote access? There are some caveats you'll want to be aware of...
Be mindful of how much data security cameras can use. Most cloud connected cameras use less data when there is little to no motion, but there is still a trickle of data always flowing out. During high motion, the cameras will use more data in order to ensure the picture remains clear. Cameras recording to the cloud usually have adjustable settings where you can exchange picture quality for data conservation. The data usage can quickly eat up smaller data plans and cause the Jetpack to get throttled.
Now if you have a local DVR which you are trying to access, the Jetpacks by default don't come with the ability to access resources on the Jetpack's network via Port Forwarding. You'll need to pay for Static IP service (very expensive) to do something like that. If your DVR is something like a Ubiquiti Protect system where it makes a connection to the cloud, and then your connection is brokered via the cloud to the DVR (a lot of consumer products work like this), something like that will work.
