No reseting the network settings did not help.  No there is not good enough signal outside to make a call or use data or do anything.  The map shows 4G coverage and there is not.

I'm sorry your having these issues with your device t3h.fuxor. Does this happen will all VZW cell phones or just your line? Have you ever had service in this area? When did this start?

Nobody has service at my house. I think the problem is that the antenna

needs to be adjusted. The same problem happened at my old place and then

there was 4g just like the map showed there is supposed to be

I appreciate the information, I know it's important to have service and get to the bottom of this. How is service outside of the house? We've confirmed area looks great for service, at first sight. Is the problem with voice or data?

No verizon phones work at my house. If I go outside I get one dot of 1x there is no data and calls drop

Thanks for trying. Are you referring to just outside your home, such as on a deck, porch or in the yard? Sounds like the structure of your home is interfering. This can be affected both inside and out. How is it in other areas?

If you have service outside of the structure Verizon will consider this more than acceptable. Verizon does not guarantee coverage inside of any structure. If you have phone/text coverage and low data coverage hook up to your wifi. If you have no phone/text service be prepared for Verizon to tell you that you should get a network extender and that will cost $250. There are too many contributing factors to be guaranteed any type of coverage inside of any structure.
