I am so upset, disappointed, and surprised at Verizon. Came to Charleston for two weeks, and found out there is no Verizon reception in the whole main street, the job site is located at. That means, No wifi, which means I can not get on my lab top to get my work done, while at the Jobsite, that means I can not call /text anyone, as a woman, that's unacceptable, plus, my plans to secure the place with Simplisafe, went down the drain. Turned to a local Verizon store, nothing. Tried to call customer service, nothing. I hope there is someone at Verizon that reads my message and remembers it is 2021, and the location without reception is a MAIN street. there has to be a solution, even temporary. I turned to Atnt, and they have a solution, but it will include switching over. Please advise ASAP.

Not having service in your area would be a concern for me as well in different areas. I have different areas that are not covered and have the same issues. With regard to your service issue in this area what is the address for this location? Based on what you have stated it sounds like this only happens in this location. Is that correct?-Jasper

This is a quite big street in Malden, West Virginia (part of Charleston), the name of the street is Campbells Creek Drive.

“as a woman, that's unacceptable”…………
That would be unacceptable for a man also.
