This post is for anyone who is experiencing problems with a Cradlepoint ctr-35 router after the latest Pantech UML290 firmware upgrade.
Yesterday I installed the latest Pantech firmware upgrade from Verizon and the modem quit communicating with my router.
I got a constant orange blinking light on the router.
I contacted Cradlepoint this morning (via online chat) about the problem and the rep sent me a firmware upgrade file for my router via email.
I copied the file to my desktop and did a manual firmware upgrade linking to the file.
Back in business!
