My phone shows that I have unheard voicemails, but when I click on them to listen I get the following message that comes up on my screen: "Please wait while voicemail is being downloaded". This has been going on for a while now and I cannot figure out how to get my voicemails to download so I can listen to them.

Like some other users, for some reason now when I use the Verizon visual voicemail and I am looking at the visual interface, when I press and hold or try to select one of the voicemails to either delete it or listen to it I get a pop-up message that says "please please wait while voicemails are being downloaded". And I can't get any further. Can you tell me what's going on? Or how to fix it?
