LTE Coverage is nonexistent at best in Downtown Burbank, Ca. My phone displays full bars and LTE coverage and I'm barley getting 2mps. Most apps on my phone won't even load and some even display "no internet connection". This is the center of town, right next to a major freeway. No excuse to not have LTE service here! Verizon evaluate your network and provide decent speeds in major metropolitan areas!!!

captkaous, It sounds like the coverage is definitely within that area as you're receiving full bars of service. There can certainly be factors that may impact your service such as congestion on the cell site, plan restrictions that may impose network management when accessing a congested cell site or obstructions from hills/mountains etc. So that we can look into the coverage for the exact area in question, what zip code are you experiencing connectivity issues in?

Thank you Genesis, the zip code is 91502. My office is located on the corner of North First Street and East Olive Avenue. Any insight, would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

What’s involved? I’ve already responded with zip code and specific location of trouble spot. Aren’t you able to confirm the coverage bandwidth at that location? I wish I could attach speed tests I’ve run while there’s and you can see what speeds I’m getting. Some detailed instructions would be best since messages are delayed and we keep going back and forth.

Ok, this is getting no where. This is the third “send us a pm so we can resolve your issue” message. Apparently no one is reading all the previous message. Very poor customer service here!! I will withdraw my request and you can expect me to be leaving Verizon in the coming weeks. I wanted to give you a chance to resolve my issue but you keep giving me the run around
