Has anyone had sluggish service with Verizon? I remember the days when this was how my connection was with Cingular and some of the other competitors. I switched to Verizon for the excellent service and great speeds and coverage. Ever since rolling out 5g the service stinks and I plan to leave the Verizon family as soon as I pay off my phone. I've been with Verizon since 2001 and it's been great. I have friends and family having similar issues with both Samsung and Apple phones. I've had to restart my phone to get a decent connection or to get my voice-mails. We pay too much money for service to deal with this junky service.
