I am confused as to why a customer service agent literally said the same curse words toward me and then warned me three times in the same sentence for repeating the word HE said? Coincidentally enough I cannot contact customer service and I keep getting a "Goodbye" prompt followed by a dead line.
Didn't want to pay the $10 to be able to pay my bill over the phone anyway.
Suppose it's time to make the switch like the rest of my friends and family.
