I have tried to generate a transfer pin for three days it just keeps cycling over and over on different browsers and in the app. Any other pin change is easily done no issues but the transfer option is a horrible. Customer service nor the chat is helping just keeps reiterating the same info. How can I create this pin to get my number transferred please help

The port pin is not something you can change. It is given to you by dialing #PORT
if you were having problem generating the port pin tried clearing the cache from your browsing history and then try again
