Puk Rezound

I have accidentally locked the 4g sim card on my rezound and when going to my account online to check for the puk code it says it's unknown! Are there any employees online that can help me get it since I do not have a phone to call customer service?

Same with me! I just got my Rezound today and am a little bit clueless sometimes with electronics... when I was messing with various settings ended up getting my phone locked. Unaware that I even had a SIM code to begin with, I thought it was asking me to choose a code to use if I wanted a SIM password. Now I'm trying to get my phone unlocked but I need the PUK Code, wherever I get that from.. might have to head to the Verizon store tomorrow if it can't be done online. Lesson learned for me not to mess with any settings.

DON'T do that. If you guess wrong too many times you render the SIM unusable.
